In order to perform the functions specified in Part 9 of Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement", the authorized person must confirm his level of possession of the necessary (basic) knowledge in the field of public procurement by passing a free test. In the letter dated December 21, 2019 No. 3304-04/55553-06, the Ministry of Economy emphasized that the customers' CAs must undergo such testing before the final transition to a new form of procurement organization - that is, by January 1, 2022.

The appendix contains a complete list of test questions approved by Order of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine on November 1, 2021 No. 873-21 (210 questions).

Features and capabilities of the application:

- Testing by question x of any selected sections: in a row, randomly or by difficulty (determined by the statistics of passing tests by all users of the application);

- Listening to questions and answers using speech synthesis;
- The application does not require an Internet connection - it works in offline mode.
