When you receive the test results at the hospital, a visit record is automatically created. It is convenient to manage and remember when and for what purpose the medical institution was visited by writing detailed treatment details.


■ Fill out the electronic questionnaire before the examination.
Please fill out the questionnaire with the electronic questionnaire before the examination. You can fill out the questionnaire with your mobile phone anytime, anywhere, saving time for checkups.
