Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, which sets out for the establishment of a sustainable, auditable and people-oriented public transportation system, aims to establish the public transportation system with high quality, high standards and criteria with the directives it prepares while reducing the travel time for the passengers using public transportation. In this context; In order to measure the service quality of transporters and drivers / drivers operating in the field of Minibus, Taxi, Taxi, Taxi, Bus and Freight Transport, and thus to reduce service-related problems, UKOME Decision was taken to increase the Service Quality of the Transporters and Drivers in the Public Transport Directives.
The Public Transportation Quality Assessment System (TUDES) is the common database that collects, analyzes and shares the service quality data for transporters and drivers within the scope of the UKOME decision. Transactions to be made within the scope of TUDES have been made available to smart mobile phone owners and drivers with this mobile application. In this context, the transporters can see the registration documents of the drivers who work and look for work, can follow their service quality score status, send requests / suggestions and fill in questionnaires. The drivers can follow their service quality score status, indicate their job search, send requests / suggestions and fill in questionnaires.
