Creating an Invoice

You can create your e-Invoice and e-Archive Invoices through the application, and you can automatically fill in the recipient information you have previously saved in the Address Book with the "Registered Recipient Title or Tax ID Number Search" function without the need to re-enter it.

Depending on your recipient type, e-Invoice or e-Archive Invoice selection will be automatically assigned through the system, and you can quickly create your invoices without having to separately check whether your recipient is an e-Invoice or e-Archive Invoice payer.

When creating an invoice, you can choose the design you want among your registered designs and quickly retrieve the goods/service information you have previously saved in the Material Card with the "Search Registered Goods and Services" function without having to re-enter it.

After creating your invoice, you can review your e-Invoice/e-Archive Invoices and view the sample printout using the "Preview" button. At the same time, if you wish, you can add a "Note" to your invoices on this screen.

e-Archive Invoice

You can sort and list your records listed on the e-Archive Invoices screen according to various information. You can access the details by clicking on the relevant record and copy the number of your relevant e-Archive Invoice from the button next to the "Invoice Number" field.

You can edit and send your e-Archive Invoices that have received errors for any reason with the "Change Erroneous Invoice" button located at three points, re-create the same e-Archive Invoice with the "Copy" button, and easily cancel your e-Archive Invoice with the "Cancel" button. .

You can view and download the PDF of the e-Archive Invoices you sent using the PDF button. If you wish, you can share the PDF of your e-Archive Invoice in the applications on your phone using the Share button.

e-Invoice

You can sort and list your records listed on the Outgoing e-Invoice and Incoming e-Invoice screens according to various information. You can access the details by clicking on the relevant record and copy the number of your relevant e-Invoice from the button next to the "Invoice Number" field.

You can edit and send your e-Invoice that has received an error for any reason with the "Change Erroneous Invoice Send" button located at three points on the outgoing e-Invoice screen, you can re-create the same e-Invoice with the "Copy" button, and you can send it to the Revenue Administration with the "Resend to Recipient" button. You can resend your e-Invoices that have received an Error Status Code for various reasons.
You can easily create a return invoice with the "Return Document" button located at three points on the incoming e-Invoice screen, and quickly create and send an Accept or Reject application response with the "Send Response" button.

You can view and download the PDF of e-Invoices using the PDF button on the Outgoing e-Invoice and Incoming e-Invoice screens. If you wish, you can share the PDF of your e-Invoice in the applications on your phone using the Share button.

Home page

With the graphics on the homepage, you can quickly review the number of your Successful and Erroneous e-Invoices and view your Accepted, Rejected or Unanswered e-Invoices.

You can quickly review the number of your Successful and Erroneous e-Archive Invoices and view your Canceled or Objected e-Archive Invoices via the e-Archive tab.

By clicking on these document numbers, you can quickly review the relevant documents and view your credit expenses for the last year on a monthly basis.

You can quickly access all these screens from the Left Menu, view the remaining credits of your company, or view other companies for which you are authorized with the "Change Company" button.
