The app was working for me for a long time, but suddenly this week when I login, my aeon card was no longer showing up in the app so I cannot see my card balance or point or transactions. I un-installed the app and reinstalled, went through the registration process successfully and enabled my card. Then the next time I login the app again, the card disappeared again. I went through the registration process 3 times today, and the card just kept disappearing after it was enabled successfully.

I had a bad experience with this application, because when I want to add value to the e-wallet, there is a system problem even though I use the online bank payment method... requested that the developer can improve this system properly, otherwise it is the same as the normal system who can see the payment amount, but cannot make any other transactions such as scan and pay.

Don't bother. Both the app & card are unreliable. I have so many problems using this card & e-wallet. It frequently logs me out & won't kog back in, which isn't helpful when you're in the store trying to pay & there's a queue. It also is often unclear as to whether the payment has gone through. The pharmacy asked me to call the Customer Services as pymt hasn't gone through. Customer Services were utterly useless & were not able to help or take on board any feedback. Uninstalling.
