The app seems half-baked; there are lacking capabilities, especially after-sales and service. App needs a lot of improvement and overhaul. So far, its useful features are booking service appointments and model research.

Cannot login due to already pre.registered. Cannot change password. Every attempt will lead to "This password has been used recently. Please select new password". I tried different combinations even upto 20 characters, but still same error. I send a message on "need help?" Option. Cannot send. Terrible.

After reinstalling for the nth time, still cannot reset password, still cannot login within app, cannot even send message for assistance (POST error). Useless app.
