Pretty poor user experience throughout the App, it looks like somebody released it prematurely, as it's nowhere close to being a viable product. The basic requirement for a travel app is planning a journey from where you are to where you want to go. Users shouldn't need to have knowledge of transport companies and their route numbering to do this. Also having default options for fields makes no sense, and resetting these any time a field is changed in the hierarchy makes less sense again.

This is a moce first step but is overall a sub-par app. So many problems like the slow loading of menu items, bugs unable to buy tickets when previous one has expired or not buying more than one ticket. Constantly being logged out. Overall very poor implementation as a daily driver and way less convenient than a regular leap card. Handy if you're stuck

Overly complicated navigation and layout of the app. The first option should be the region you are in and then remove all the buses that aren't relevant to that area. Why do I want to search through so many irrelevant routes just to find the area I need. Also, unless you know the stop number or name it's impossible to know what to select. Get rid of the unnecessary info and combine the multiple TFI apps into one app!
