Opay is exceptional when it comes to online banking, business and transaction. I love their apps, I uses both Opay and Opay Business app, I can boast there is no lag, no error, no bugs, good interface, speed loading and transaction, easy to navigate and other great futures. One thing I notice is that you can't complete transactions(pay) using fingerprint on opay business app, which makes it a lil bit stressing to input six digit pin everytime. I would love if this can be fixed or included.

The fact that I can't type the name of a beneficiary in my list for easy access instead of scrolling through a whole list is really annoying. Everytime 'not found' I have to tell a customer to please call the account number over again when it's obvious I have it already saved. It's not user friendly seriously. Also to access phone numbers from my contact list takes time to come up when I want to send airtime or data to customer. I have to type the phone number directly for quick transaction.

I liked it at first, but it's beginning to seem like a scammy app. 1. No customer service. You can't call no one!! There in-app chat feature is useless - The bot would ask for transaction ID each time. How can you provide ID when the transactions doesn't even show in the history? 2. I made a transfer, which said "pending". I was debited, and it doesn't reflect on transaction history. The recipient hasn't received it. 3. I don't feel confident keeping money there until they fix the app.
