Would never recommend using this app ordered shoes black and white they wanted to send white and blue upon asking refund the refused also extra charges for the delivery which is around 10k in dar if you want in zanzibar 8k boda 5k boat no good customer service leaving you on seen without replying or solving the problem.. I am a legit customer and I asked for a refund your people refused started talking about policy issues you've got no policy at all the delivery price is beyond the product value

It is completely not the way we operate.
First we do have a REFUND policy. It is in the APP before you make your payment.
Secondly, the delivery charges within the APP are below the market charges.
Thirdly, we do have a dedicated customer care team for attending queries.
If you are a genuine customer, contact us with your order number.

I guess this is a baby app, I couldn't find what I needed... No laptops, no tablets, no PC tablets, no digital incubators, no no no no nothing is here according to my personal preference š¢ But it's a good appā„ļø I'm looking forward for some big changes/updatesā
