"Me Chinese Dictionary" is a set of best reference books to help improve Chinese language ability. It can be used offline for free. The content comes from the "Revised Chinese Dictionary of the Ministry of Education". The interpretation is rigorous, the vocabulary is rich, and it is more supportive.
