Well I like the fact that you can create your own workouts, but I have issues with the instructions. It would be better if the workouts are animated or demonstrated. The pictures are doing nothing, for example, I held the fire hydrant left and right for 30 seconds in the air not knowing I was meant to move my legs. Thanks.

App is not made tocfit screen and cuts off at the top. Need option to do a specific/progressive number of squats each day. That's what the squat challenge is anyways. Not based on a time limit. You are supposes to complete the number of squats no matter how much time it takes. This app is not the squat challenge.

Not very intuitive.It doesn't tell you how many repeats or how much time to hold position. At least in the free version.
