This app is okay. It goes into detail and gets the perfect splits plan for you. Although some of the streches hurt. Its kinda worth it. Im so close to splits and if i use this app a little longer, im for sure that ill get it. To be honest, most of the streches are weight loss though. This app isnt completely focused on splits (unless ive done smth wrong) thats why i give it a 4 πŸ‘

Hello, our trainers prepared exercise plans based on the split workouts. Also, they divided them into 3, like easy-normal-hard. You can continue exercise with them, or if you want you can create your own plan.

Its a nice app you can contol the exercises when you needed to go back to a specific exercise you feel you did not do better. You can even recreate your own exercise. No ads, no need wifi/data. It gives me a nice and smooth experience

Kinda confused by this app - I was under the impression it was a splits exercise app but it seems to be general weightloss. Can't even find an option for split training. Maybe I'm using it wrong but it wasnt very clear.
