He is Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Marzouq Al-Tarifi, born in 1396 AH.
He was known for his early request, research and wide reading, and care for the archives in the Sunnah, and the sheikh was known in the late period for knowledge and virtue, which usually does not happen to those of his age.
He now works as a scientific researcher at the Ministry of Islamic Affairs in Riyadh.
