Abd al-Aziz bin Abdullah bin Abd al-Rahman al-Rajhi, born in the city of Bukayriyah, located in the Qassim region, was born in the year 1360 AH.

The sheikh grew up among a righteous family, then he moved to the city of Riyadh and joined Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University at the Faculty of Sharia.

And the Sheikh - may God bless him - was a student of a number of Sheikhs of Al Bukayriyah, and a number of the greatest scholars in the city of Riyadh, including:
1- His Eminence Sheikh Abd al-Aziz bin Baz, he followed him from the time he came to Riyadh from the Prophet’s city until his death - may God have mercy on him - and he was greatly influenced by him in his character and his method with texts, and his explanation of the books of scholars.
2- His Eminence Sheikh Abdullah bin Humaid, Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council - may God Almighty have mercy on him -.
