You wouldn't be happy with a room full of weathered antiques, old furniture, and old-fashioned furniture. That's a very romantic, welcome, sweet way to decorate your room, isn't it?

Take your rustic design to another level and create all the layers of texture and interest you need to create a warm rustic bedroom. Woven accents such as old-fashioned wooden furniture and old wooden floors are a way to give the rustic getaway a natural, homemade feel.

Be inspired by the designs you see in hotels, but keep everything super minimal and dress it up when you style the room. Add some flea market inspiration to the side tables and add a side table to beautify your space when you style it.
Decorate your room with nature-inspired bedside tables with calm-looking framed pictures, and choose a floating weaving lamp for your bed.

I love rustic bedroom ideas that start with a neutral palette and then add textures and patterns with different furniture and decorative elements. Nothing says, "I'm in love with my bedroom" like a simple wooden headboard, and it pairs perfectly with charming art and a sleek symmetrical layout.
Importantly, it remains rustic and adds a few modern elements to the room, such as baskets, lamps, or even a bedside table.
But rustic doesn't mean old - wear and tear, and paint does an excellent job of spicing up the setting, whether in the form of bright colors or even a few shades of gray. The linens and pillow provide plenty of colors to add to a rustic bedroom without altering the overall feel.
