Power apps! easy to use for booking and returning. However, take note when the carpark home lot is located at the lowest basement or blind spots for mobile networks. Be prepared to wait a little longer before establishing /connecting to the GetGo server. Due to the network, we must plan ahead to avoid the late return penalty. Another to highlight, please schedule regular cleaning of the car, especially during the maintenance period. Overall brilliant application for car sharing. Recommended 👍

Generally, quite happy with GetGo; convenient access to cars and app is easy to use. One issue is: Sometimes, the connect-to-car accessibility fails, have to try a few times. It would be helpful to have a manual key/keyfob for locking and unlocking esp when parked outdoors on rainy days.

This car sharing program makes life more convenient with easy access to cars. The fleet of cars are quite good and work well. The cars could be cleaned better though. Some of the cars are probably parallel imports- the language on the dashboard is Japanese, makes it impossible to know if there's something wrong with the car if any warning messages flashes. The app is easy to use with all the necessary information. Pricing model is good. So much better than Bluecar!
