Unfriendly user interface, items are badly categorized, making it hard to search for what I am looking for. Things added to cart are not in the cart inside the app, only way to make purchase is to click buy immediately, which brings you to their webpage to make the purchase. 'Back key' closes the app instead of going back to the previous page. So lame.

load very slow and with the new change in earning points, I'm facing more frustration. The app is not able to load my receipts and I'm not earning points even though I'm spending in participating merchants. disappointing system.
