I have never had such a frustrating experience just to open an account. Had to log in via SingPass, but worse part is facial recognition is required. I tried like >15 times through a few days - all to no avail. I called in for help if Maribank can allow SMS OTP cos I only grew older and lost weight but never did any plastic surgery on my face. The CSO could not do anything. Nothing has improved since 2mths back. Disappointing!

Good app, but would be better if more security measures are included to block scams. For example a 24-hour waiting period for actions like adding new payees, and change of transfer limits. Or money lock function, where it will take time for money locked to be released. ⭐⭐⭐🌟

good place to park your spare cash for now, the option to withdraw at anytime even weekends and late nights is a major plus but if they ever remove this feature it's just another digibank and I'm cashing out if they do it
