Requires intrusive permissions to track phone activity for "measuring network performance". Uses dark patterns to opt out. I only have a broadband plan. Terrible UI: buttons are all over the place, not consistently coloured to indicate that they can be interacted with. Ads in the middle of each page. Nuff said. Billing page is a mess and requires you to scroll down to the bottom of the current bill to see past bills. How long will the page get with more bills added?

Exhausting and irritating! After updating the app, it just hanged and refused to operate. Despite restarting, I continued to get a blank page. I wonder if your update is an improvement or sabotage? Do you really believe you deserved a 5 star review?????? Edit: the app is dead after update. Total white screen. I am not sure if you are trying to help or create news??? I am not interested to talk to your robot after 1 robot messed up.

Only useful to track Data and pay bills. Unable to change plan or recontract from the app or even the main website. If I have to go down to the physical store what's the point or a website or app? Too bad you've lost a decade long customer because of something so simple.
