Unlocking in the app works always, but auto-unlock after being away can take a long time, it simple doesn't recognize that I'm in front of the door. It looks like the Bluetooth reconnect doesn't work properly. I don't have this issue with other Bluetooth devices.

Opening the door is really really slow, sometimes lets me stand in front of the door for about 40 to 60 seconds or longer, even had to reboot the device. (Pixel 7 pro). Also get an error on a regular basis. A key is a lot faster and much more trustworthy. Had no issues with my previous iphone 12. Don't recommend getting this if you have a pixel 7 pro (did not test other Android devices so far). Really really really frustrating...... :(

Great for the first day or two, now leaves me standing outside the door and doesn't auto unlock. In the app, the unlock just spins and nothing happens. Suddenly very poor. Similar to another review, using a Pixel 7 Pro... haven't tried with another device. Ideally, would work with a smartwatch as that would be by far the easiest and most useful way to open the door.
