The worst service. Tried it more than 10 times but not a single time any bicycle was unlocked. However, time starts on app. If it keeps going for over 5 hours then you'll have to pay 400€ fine and if it keeps going over 24 hours then bicycle is considered stolen and you'll be a criminal. While bicycle is on the stand & locked. To avoid this you need to call the customer service. It costs you both money and your time and gives you stress as a bonus.

Will never use this app again. Every single time I use it I encounter problems. Paused a ride once and could not resume it. Had to carry the bike to the nearest station to end the ride. My friends have encountered many issues with this app too. Would give 0/5 stars if it was possible. Do not download the app, even if it's free.

Can't complete the registration. At the payment method step it says "no payment provider configured" and there is no way to continue. Update: eventually managed to register, just a bit later. The customer support replied to my message that they had some technical issues. The app works well, now. The bikes are also ok.
