After the last update widget option on Samsung S10 plus is no longer available. Hopefully it's just not for long time otherwise it would be really unsatisfying not being able to quickly check the account balance.

Thank you for your opinion, it is important to us. At the moment, we will evaluate customer needs, feedback and demand, we may restore the availability of the widget in the SEB app.

Since I switched to a new phone, Samsung S21 Ultra, fingerprint reader gets deactivated in the app without obvious reason. I get a message "try again after 30 seconds", but nothing changes. And then once in a while it can be activated back. I have not changed my routine in app usage and I have the latest OS version, which means that problem is in the app itself. Update: Did you even read my commment or just copy/pasted standard reply when you don't know what to do :)?

Check the Android version of your device and update it to the latest if available. Also check the notification settings in your phone to see whether SEB Latvija mobile app can send notifications.

Update: for almost a year notifications for incoming or outgoing payments do not work on my phone pixel 6. App crashes when I try enabling it. I sent numerous crash reports to no avail. Notifications one of most basic and needed functionalities, decreasing star count. Previously app wasn't too good, but due to recent updates, changing start count to 5. At last I can use phone to make payments!
