About this app

Nordea Mobile

With the mobile bank you can do everything you use the bank for in your everyday life: transfer money, check your balance, pay bills, buy and sell funds and much, much more. You can see how you spent your money and some greater control over your finances.

You can try out the demo version of the app without signing in. Access it through Menu, before signing in, and familiarize yourself with the app. All information in the demo version is fictional.

Examples of what you can do in Nordeaā€™s mobile banking app:
ā€¢ In the Overview tab, you can see all your finances in one place. Add, hide, or rearrange the?content on the Overview page to personalise your experience.

ā€¢ Conveniently transfer money between your accounts or to a friend.

ā€¢ Quickly pay your physical invoices by scanning them with your camera.

ā€¢ Access your digital wallet ā€“ pay with Google Pay.

ā€¢ See and manage your savings. Start saving or trade with funds and equities.

ā€¢ Log on securely with BankID, your biometrics, or a personal code. The choice is yours.

Convenient access to your cards:
ā€¢ If you forget your PIN for one of your cards, you can view it directly in the app.

ā€¢ If you lose one of your cards, you can block it and get a new card automatically sent home to you.

ā€¢ You can minimise the risk of fraud by limiting the geographical areas where your card can be used and by restricting usage for online shopping.

A deeper insight into your finances:
ā€¢ On the insights tab, your spending is divided into categories to give you a deeper understanding of your finances.

ā€¢ You can add other banks to the app so you can have all your finances in one place.

Since adding the English language, it made my life so much easier as a new resident in Sweden. And all the services are clear and easy to access from there. didn't get any issues dealing with the app.

New version, the only new thing is the color blue. No added functionality. The user interface is "messy". So far Nordeas app is so bad that every time I am in contact with the support, they say "you have to use a computer for that". I have 3rd party apps that can do ten times as much as Nordea can handle. In short, Nordeas app makes me want to switch bank.

The redesigned user interface is terrible. Difficult to find things, and when paying bills the flow is completely non-intuitive. Why have you used dotted lines for input boxes? Why do I fill in stuff from top to bottom, and then need to find the "next" button not logically at the bottom, but at the top? And why is there even a need for more than one page of input to pay a bill? The old design was simple, clean and in all ways superior. Just scrap this and take back the old one!

However, you can choose to press "Continue" at the bottom of the page when filling in the details for a payment. / Customer Service
