The option to change the rest period between exercises doesn't work- it lets you select how many seconds of rest you want before you start, but then once you're in the workout, it just gives you 30 seconds no matter what you chose.

I really like the concept of this app but it need to tell you more about each move. If you don't know it you have google it. It that part came, or was included in the bundle I would purchase this
