I gave this app a 1 star because whenever you set up a pick up time, the drivers are never there in the time you set up a pick up time. I would not recommend anyone to use this service, until they fix the bugs in the app and service itself.

Great service for residents of St. Lucie county. I needed a ride to pick up my car and the ART mini van arrived within 3 minutes. This would have easily cost $20 with Uber while ART is FREE for residents of St. Lucie county. Those mini vans are even equipped with a wheel chair ramp!

They are amazing the drivers the dispatch they are so helpful they're so polite that they're just spectacular they actually care about their clients they will go out of their way to make sure you get home or get your destination they are amazing they deserve more than five stars
