About this app
GoBus Accessible Transit is the St. John's area paratransit system.
The GoBus mandate is to provide persons with disabilities and those who are unable to access conventional transit, equal access to a transportation system so as to enhance their participation in all aspects of community life. The goal is to ensure that accessible, affordable transportation is provided in a dignified and respectful manner.
The My GoBus app lets you book rides quickly and easily. Book your trip on the same day or in advance. You can track your vehicle as it arrives or simply wait for the "I'm here" notification from your driver.
Have any special requests or instructions? You can write them down for your driver to see.
Change your mind about a trip? GoBus lets you cancel a trip just as easily as you booked it.

It's not perfect yet from my prospective and having challenges that normally would be a fix soon afterwards. There are too much human resources to keep things afoat that normally would be handled by record keeping management software and think that there should be a lot more local operational adjustments from a rider's stand point and driver's as well. Once the projection of operations are ironed out and adjustments are made to accommodate those situations, think about the user being stuck

Used to like this app least until the latest update!!!! Now its useless, you can't get past starting a booking, once you type in where u want to go the icon on the map just spins and spins, only way to get out of it after 30 mins waiting and trying multiple times is to close and open again... Reinstalled it twice no go

Horrible this app doesn't work addresses are wrong can't change the password just an awful inefficient app
