Ive used it a lot! The problems are that it doesn't always tell you when the driver is there but sometimes it does. My card declined so I used the cash options and a day later my card was charged $5. Then it's been unusable for the past 2 days. I've tried Uninstalling and that doesn't work. I finally booked a ride and then it said the service was unavailable and my request could not be completed and then a driver showed up as I got another ride and was leaving!

The price is absolutely great. Of course. Five bucks is an amazing price to pay when it works. Also being able to pay cash is also a big plus. Which is why I gave it a one star. But the communication barrier between the customer and the driver is ridiculous. It is impossible...

Horrible app. Says you can pay for card but won't let you. Contact support is useless. Don't use this utter garbage.
