To create a workout follow the steps below:
1- Choose the training division, eg: “A, B and C”.
2- Select the muscle groups of each division.
3- Select the exercises for each muscle.
4- Fill in the number of series and repetitions of each exercise.
You will be able to save the workout, share and export in PDF / image.
