The app is so disappointing and useless. I was not able to buy credit for my Hala line. The app was freezing on Hala credit purchasing. I had to use the web page and there it was also very inconvinient. I tried with 2 credit cards secure pay, which did not worked and at the end, I had to use my debit card.

The worst mobile network app that I have ever used. Keeps crashing, showing different tariffs from the one you use, and I need to force stop it and start from scratch every single time I want to use. Literally the worst

Last update is very bad, ad is appearing very frequently, unable to do anything, after skipping the ad it will not disappear. When you skip 3, 4 times , the app is logging out automatically.
