there are many other options available. don't choose this cargo company. especially the customer support is very bad. each time I need to contact with them I have to call. other companies might have whatsapp which makes communication easier and cheaper. I definitely do not recommend!!

Don't have much experience on other cargo services and their apps. Just been using two of them. For me Starex is ok till now. Have heard many serious complaints about other cargo services. Regarding app, "notification" button updates doesn't work. Every time have to update it manually.

Starex itself has Very bad client service, no professional responsibility. Systematic service problems. No telephone call contacts. Late shipping and no warning about it.
