About this app

Nasr al-Din Toubar is an Islamic minstrel and an Egyptian Quran reciter who was born in 1920 in al-Manzala, Dakahlia Governorate, and died on November 6, 1986.
After memorizing the Holy Qur’an, he made his reputation in the cities and villages of Dakahlia Governorate, and his friends in Dakahlia advised him to submit to the radio tests, and indeed he went to the radio tests, but he failed five times in a row, until he got bored, but the persistence of those around him to convince them with his voice led him to enter the tests of the voices of reading the Qur’an and religious chants. For the sixth time, he had succeeded at seven.
