I do not recommend this app. I ordered food here and I had no idea if the food was going to arrive or not. Before ordering food, you get to select which branch you want. After checking out, the branch shown was not the one I selected. Cancelling your order is not an option. App crashes when you press the Contact us button. The order status is not accurate. Mine said Completed even before it arrived.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!! We ordered at 6pm on Sunday, Waltermart Sta. Rosa Branch and expecting it would arrive as scheduled paid already via Maya app. Order haven't arrived yet after almost 2hours. No cancellation button on app or even refund. According to customer service, they're still looking for a rider. We are just 1km away from this store and they haven't arrived yet. I advise do not use this app for ordering.

I just created an account to place an order for your inasal. I was surprised that my order was cancelled without any explanation. So I messaged the store that should handle the order and asked why. It took me another order before they called to let me know that their store could not service my location. With frustration, I attempted to delete my account, but was unable to do so because this app does not provide that option. Some modules are also not functional.
