About this app

We have prepared a mobile application for retail clients of the TAURON Group.
Thanks to it, you will be able to conveniently manage contracts and invoices and pay bills quickly and safely.
Additionally - if you have a "tele-sight" - you can use the app to enter meter readings. Then we will immediately give you information about the cost of your consumption.

Thanks to the application you can also:
- view the details of all your contracts;
- view information about upcoming payments and all invoices issued;
- pay quickly and safely for single invoices and basket - directly in the application;
- receive notifications min. about a new invoice or upcoming payment deadline;
- quickly contact TAURON using dedicated hotlines;
- find the nearest customer service point and check information on opening hours and its address;
- if you have the "tele-address" service - you can enter your meter's reading.

To log into the application, all you need to do is enter your username and password from the My Tauron website. If you do not have an account on My Tauron - you can set it up quickly. All you need to do is enter your PESEL number and registration number or payer's number in the application. You can find these numbers on your contract or invoice.

Please just implement two factor authentication instead of unbelievable strong password requirements. It's very annoying to recreate password using password generator every time you have had breaking change which requires relogin. Moreover right now I am not able to login after creating new superMega strong password to pay for utilities. Why? I don't know! I am able to login using website but the app doesn't work.

It used to be working good. But now I can't login. The app tells that my password is wrong, even though I can easily login with it on the website. I was paying from the app in the past. Now on website I see those invoices as my debt as if I've never paid for those. As I can't login to the app I can't check what's wrong.

Very often problems with login to app + forcing to update the application to be able to use it Additionally note 'if your problem with application is valid...' is funny. As a customer I would love to leave money in your hand, knowing that you are making my life easier and you are making your products working well to allow me to easily buy from you / easly leave money in your hand. Instead what I have is app is problematic and you are saying that it is my problem that I can't pay you :D
