Send, track and receive parcels with the application. You will quickly find the nearest branch or vending machine where you can send your parcels, as well as pick-up points - all over the country.

• Information about all shipments in one place
In the application you will find all shipments (registered) to which your phone number has been assigned.

• Remote opening of lockers
With Pocztex Mobile you can remotely open lockers in Pocztex AUTOMAT parcel machines. Use a solution that will allow you to send and receive parcels quickly and safely.

• Selection of the locker from which you want to pick up the parcel
If necessary, we will place your shipments in Pocztex AUTOMAT parcel machines in the easy collection zone, in the upper or lower part of the machine/device. All you have to do is indicate/select such an option in the application.

• Map of drop-off and pick-up points as well as parcel machines
In the application you will find the nearest point where you can send or pick up your parcel. Turn on the location and the application will show you the way to it. Here you will find a map of all collection points and parcel machines where you can collect parcels.

• Time saving
The Pocztex Mobile application is a time saver. In Pocztex AUTOMAT machines you can pick up your parcels remotely or using a QR code.

• Notifications about the status of shipments
Thanks to notifications, you get information about changes in the status of shipments.

• Postcode search engine
Thanks to the postcode search engine built into the application, you will quickly determine the correct postcode for the address you are interested in.
