"Kadry i Pay w Administracji" is a quarterly magazine dedicated to HR departments of the budgetary sphere, which discusses the issues of preparing employment contracts, rules for establishing and terminating employment relationships, storing personal files, building work and remuneration regulations, as well as the obligations of the employer and employee.

The magazine provides information on keeping records of working time, settlement of overtime and business trips, calculation of salaries, bonuses, awards and severance pay. It indicates who, when and on what terms has the right to holiday, maternity or parental leave.

The quarterly is addressed to employees and directors of HR and payroll departments of state administration and local government units, as well as employees of accounting departments that deal with payroll and chief accountants.
