I've really enjoyed the cartoonish design and the impressive variety of fish available. However, I've found the maps to be too small and the fishing regions to be too close together, leading to a lack of variety in environments. A friends system is also missing, which would add a lot of fun to the game. While the fish selection is great, more variety in locations and the ability to compete with friends would make the game even better.

Rate the game so far... Could do with more explanation on how the 'lures' work - like, I seem to catch everything but what the lure is on for so once I decided to switch it to what I was catching instead of what I wanted and then I ended up catching the thing i was originally looking for. Confusing much. Also, it does seem that when you're after something for a task, it seems to become very hard to find.

I was recommended the game by a friend and I really enjoy playing it. My biggest issue is the gems being incredibly hard to get which either means buying gems through in game purchases or waiting days to get enough through in game earning. I'd like to see a "bag of gems" or "lost treasure" be fished from the water as a very rare item just to help a bit. Other than that game is great fun and the music is amazing. Would love to see it on the Nintendo Switch.
