Forcing clients to download an app and make an account to get their property is borderline scam. Would I known that before, I wouldn't choose your company. When I tried to collect the package, an "unknown error" message popped up in the app. I wasted my time. I expect a refund for the undelivered package.

Fake advertisment. You cannot change newly created parcel before courier arrive.. no option to abort. Money taken easily, service provided hardly..

App does not connect to the DPD machine after many tries, using multiple devices. The DPD helpline does not help at all. Waste of time
