Słupia - rzeka wiedzy

The application is to lead visitors from the city center to the educational room of PK "Dolina Słupi". The starting point is at Victory Square in front of the town hall. There was once a lake in this place. The next stops are also related to water, and above all to the Słupia River, its existing bed, built canals and historically existing branches, which we are not able to distinguish in the field at the moment. Wandering along the bank of Słupia, one after another along its bank, we get to know the natural curiosities related to the river. We learn, among others what do the capillaries look like, when, how and where salmonids spawn.
The journey ends in the educational room "Słupia - the river of knowledge", where an exhibition has been prepared presenting valuable natural habitats related to the river valley in the form of dioramas. The exhibition is complemented by educational and information stands.
