Pickup by Capital Metro

The app works perfectly. This is such a handy service by Capital Metro. It only serves certain areas of Austin, but it definitely complements the bus system nicely. While the app is great and the best way to use the service, they have a phone option if you don't have the ability to get on a data network.

The computer system was down yesterday but the supervisors did a lot to help this situation. I monitored my phone and where I could charge it if I had to try for a taxi. Sometimes Pickup goes places far from fixed route buses. Potential Problems were avoided

Today I had my 2nd trip to HEB on 7th Street. It makes me happy to the moon to have this service!!! I was wondering if we can start a tip Poole like Starbucks does for all bus drivers. Sometimes I have extra money and would like it to go to all the drivers. If I put in extra money do the drivers get it? Or maybe you use it for something? Thank you so much to Capital Metro.
