NO FOOD ARRIVED I ordered food, and it exceeded in the time they said . They have "if it's late, it's free" tagline. The app says my food is "delivered", and the store rider texted me that the app is broken and asks my location where should they deliver the food. I am not sure if it is a coincidence or not, but it is frustrating in my end.

I have memories of dining in Shakey's when I was a young teen until today. After years, this app is very easy to use! My orders were coming on time, once they are processed (receives notification via SMS and e-mail). Today, Shakey's Super App reminds me of my family when I use it to deliver the faves!

It's not enough that they have inconvenienced me in having to register my supercard that was having card already registered issues. That one was fixed already. But when I tried to order, it automatically set the delivery date to the next day. CS said solenad branch is already closed when we have another shakeys nearby that is 24hrs. I can't forfeit my order as I have used the free Manager's choice, as forfeiting my order would also forfeit the free pizza. Really Shakey's?
