Worst service experience ever. When everytime I tried to open the app, it attempts to do log in. But when I log in, then it needs an OTP verification code when it took a day for me waiting for the code but until now I haven't received any verification code which cause a lot of inconvience. Your service is too slow, worst and purchasing the data promo is too much but there's too much lag, and loading on the system. I hope you could fix your system and service better or sooner.

AVOID using this SIM/network at all costs! SIM replacement for stolen phones is a long, tedious and convoluted process! The messenger bot and messenger chat experience is so horrendous, so just spare yourself from the terrible frustration and heartache. This is what happens when you don't have a physical store. No amount of having an affidavit of loss, and Valid IDs will make it any faster. It basically just wants you to buy a new number! NEVER AGAIN to Gomo! NOT WORTH IT!

The promo prices are good, and the no expiration data connection is good until you only have 5GB or less when it starts to slow down. While the Unli Data actually has a very unstable connection. Also, I just realized that the "No expiration" is actually a BS since my sim card got deactivated because I haven't reloaded for a year. If that's the case, please change it to "1 year expiration" instead of "no expiration". It's practically false marketing!
