Curfew Permits

I can't go out to the doctor emergency. At all how it can this happen????? The website not working as well. Unbelievable..phone numbers are all the time busy. This is the big system of lockdown??? Nothing working at all!!!! How can I go to the hospital????? Someone can help me please.

It says "could not get your current location" even though I gave the app the permission to access my location and my location is on.

Useless app....first page says confirm yr arrival but I didn't ask for permit yet... This app is making troubles to citizens as they cannot go out for emergencies w/o permit.... I think non professionals are designing such apps....
