Very temperamental app. It keeps forgetting my biometric data on a daily basis. The backend is not updated as often as a customer needs, for example when notified by email of a new invoice, the app does not show any for days. Visits I had already been still show up as just checked in for days. Not very useful I am afraid.

Might need to be set in-person at a location if you're foreign; however as a native I can set appointments with my insurance provider considered, I can check-in before I arrive and have my place in line reserved, and even pay through the app. Terrific app. Good job.

Nothing works on the app. I had to go to the hospital four times to get it to log in. Now, I cannot add my daughter, my insurance, or make an appointment. How is it possible to develop an app so badly?
