Good app, but seems to crash frequently and won't open. I have had EDP solar for over 6 months yet backup battery still doesn't appear anywhere within the app, hope a future update will remedy this problem.

EDP took a poor App and made it useless with their last update on 18 December 2023. They took away the 15 minute view AND the live updating of the production/consumption balance. When I complained their answer was " well that's just how it is". All this does is make it impossible to tune your solar production and grid balance which means you export more solar production to EDP and buy more grid power from them in the same hour. THIS IS AN OUTRAGE AND COMPLETELY ANTI CONSUMER. Crooks!

Hello Chris. We apologize for the inconvenience. The real time updates of production/consumption balance is mantained on the App. Please, check again and let us know if there's any troubles. Regarding the 15-min filter, this feature was discountinued but you can still check in an hourly view. Thank you. Equipa de Suporte Digital.

App is bugging since 10 days, it doesn't show any production and consumption, and since then I've received around 60 mails of electricity off and on every 2 hours although everything is working fine!

1. Reconnecting meters to Wi-Fi network manually: If they lose connection, simply use the step by step on the app to re-establish the connection and regain real-time data.
