Since the update I can't even open the app. I get the connectbus screen and nothing else (I even disconnected from all internet and never got told about no signal). Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still no luck. Tried clearing any app data on my phone and nothing. It worked fine until the update. I asked online for assistance and they just don't care. Had to install on my tablet but can't take that out and about to track for pick ups.

I found trying to book a journey extremely difficult. I spent over 10 minutes trying to book a journey for 2 days ahead. I ended up starting the pick up time at 7:00am and working through in 15 minute intervals to try and find one that was available. Rather than the app saying "We can't do that time, however, here are the times that are available on that day". And you can't add multiple payment methods. Despite the app giving you the option to add!
