Using this app is a new experience for me.. After my bff recommended, started using this.. It has been a boon to my mental health. The mini guides are crisp, to the point and very effective. Liked how the helpers connected to my emotional health immediately and addressed my anxiety issues. I especially loved the follow up done by them, it felt like someone genuinely cared. I have been recommending this app to my friends since then! Kudos to more from heyy!

This app really helps to relax and calm down. I like the the activities are really short and daily so you can fit them in anytime and not too overwhelming . The main improvement I would like to see is the ability to be able to make your own goals instead of just the presets . And for the preset goals to have a link to take the place the goal was set from to review the information or audio clip.

As a student, I adore using this app. It's always so invigorating to have it as a source of comfort after a taxing day. Even without the customized plan, it seems to function flawlessly for me, though I do wish to delve into the personalized plan someday. At first, I faced some issues with launching the app, but they have all been resolved, and I wholeheartedly adore and endorse it.

Your Well-being Pathway has a bonus 30 minute therapy session now!
Well-being Guide 24x7 space stands discontinued from this update onwards. The much loved space will probably be back soon.
