I love this app! I was looking for a workout that wasn't to hard and was less then 20 minutes. Otherwise, I might not want to continue doing the workouts. This app provides 30 day workout plans for whatever your level is and is so easy to follow. I also love that they provide stretching exercises and that each days workout is different.

Best app ever. Started with the Beginner programme and I could see a difference almost immediately. Exercises get harder gradually but the best part is they are doable and you never feel helpless or discouraged. On the contrary, finishing a harder sequence leaves you proud of your effort and ready for the next day. I am now halfway through Advanced and it is amazing how much my muscles have improved. Cheers for the lovely app 😁

Very well designed, and ideal for busy people because it takes 10-15 minutes. And highly appreciated the -no jump- function so is great when you don't want to bother the down neighbors or for people with arthritis. Also, the structure of the app and levels and notifications is awesome. Recommended to everyone (not only for girls I say)
