Absolutely horrible experience, the best part is when u call customer service they hang up on you. Constantly resetting passwords, these developers need assistance in getting these VERY serious bugs out of the system. If i am honest, the problems are so abundant i don't think "fixing it" will ever actually happen.

Terrible and useless, no awareness to specific skills or necessity of skill. Overall bullcrap. This does not help a company. This delays productivity, and for a business to implement such an "across the board" type attitude is a terrible waste of time and resources. And is a weakness that should be addressed. This is a shame and a complete waste of money and time, both of which should be awarded to the employee in the field having to deal with you, the job, and all of life's dilemmas. Shame!
