Why is the app so bad? I'm really disappointed I mean come on, please do something about it fix it because we cannot even maintain it open. It closes out by itself or it's just stuck.. Disappointed.

Horrible. Slow, it freezes. And it NEVER recognizes my pass and have to ALWAYS restablish.
