One of the worstest app I've ever seen. Why do I need look for the customer number at all? More of this I can't find it easy on any of my printed papers. Instead this I need be asked for immatriculation number and LaLux must be able to get and show me all my contracts. If the use of the application becomes mandatory and I can't get any document without the app, I will transfer all my funds to another company.

Useless. Cannot submit claims. Get as far as photographing the invoice and get returned to the log in page. Problem made worse by the fact that the web based version on my PC doesn't work and I cannot even log in to the old DKV version. Please fix something!

Does not accept my policy number that starts with a vertical I. If I indicate only the 8-digit number, it is not found. Experience started bad.
